Roadkill Cake

Ingredients:
- 1 box white cake mix
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- sugar
- 2 boxes frozen sliced strawberries in syrup
Directions:
Defrost strawberries.
Cook cake according to directions in two 9 inch pans.
LET CAKE COOL COMPLETELY
Beat whipping cream in a bowl until it begins to thicken. Add sugar and continue beating until sweetened to taste and thickened to whip cream consistency.
Place 1st cake on large plate.
Cover/Frost with 1 layer of whip cream.
Using a slotted spoon add strawberries.
Add 2nd cake on top. Cover with remaining whip cream and then strawberries.
Serve quickly :o)
